Application:
This policy applies and is not limited to reportable incidents including attempted or actual:
Theft,
Physical assault,
Verbal abuse, threatening or antisocial behaviour,
Criminal damage to property, customer vehicles, vehicle salvage inventory,
Hooning,
Unsafe work practices or behavior
Dumping of litter & rubbish,
Presentation of counterfeit note/currency,
Soliciting or intercepting vehicles or presenting stolen vehicles,
Failure to use approved toilet facilities,
Defamatory, inappropriate, or non-constructive online reviews,
Failure to disclose sample parts on entry for marking by staff,
Dismantling & relocating of used parts to other locations within the yard (concealing) thereby preventing the locating and sale of parts by staff and other customers.
Non compliance with Terms & Conditions of Entry and Supply
Determination of Warning, Temporary or Permanent Ban:
Management will investigate reported incidents, make an appropriate determination as to as to the nature and magnitude of the incident and issue a warning, temporary or permanent ban.
Communication
Warnings will involve a personal interview and will be issued verbally by Management. Temporary or Permanent Bans may be issued verbally or in writing advising the duration of the ban.
Registration
Entry is not provided for persons failing satisfactorily complete the registration process including the provision of suitable photo identification.
The business operates on private property. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time and is not required to provide a reason.
